Location
Situated almost halfway between Alberobello and Locorotondo, our exclusive Trullo-villa sits peacefully in rolling countryside, in its own spacious 10,000 square metre plot. The land is home to over 200 trees -
fig trees, firs, olive, passion fruit & nutmeg trees. There are 80 vines which we harvest each year, yielding 350 litres of wine every year.

Main Bedroom

The Little Wood - Trullo and Pool

Adjoining the trullo is a lovely area featuring several dozen fir trees, with the odd hammock for those of you who need that afternoon nap – lie back, listen to the breeze whistling softly through the trees & you’ll be asleep in no time. It all adds up to creating a real sense of being in the Italian countryside.

Accomodation & Facilities
The trullo has been completely renovated, containing 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen/diner & lounge. The main bedroom has an ensuite, & there is a separate family bathroom.

Dining Area

 Lounge

Central heating is provided throughout & all the appliances you need to make your holiday a carefree experience are there for your convenience – washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob, plasma screen with Sky TV & a music centre.

Outdoors
The patio measures 200 square metres, with fountains & lovely flower beds adjacent to the house. It's a real sun trap, so be sure to bring your sun tan lotion! At the pool there is a large seating area, giving you the opportunity to enjoy that glass of Italian wine whilst you keep an eye on the children.

Patio Area Adjacent to Trullo

Gazebo and pool

The pool itself is 13.5 metres by 6 metres, with steps at the shallow end, a diving board for those a little more adventurous, jet massage nozzles & of course an outside shower and barbeque area for those wanting the ‘al fresco’ experience.

Just think of those evening strolls down to the end of the land, where you can just feel the fruit & grapes growing on the trees & vines before heading back to the seating area to watch the sun set as you sip your wine! An undoubted attraction during the cooler months of the year is the log burning fire in the lounge, to make those evenings which you choose to spend indoors a truly memorable experience.

Across to the Little Wood

If you are looking for true relaxation, in a family home with all the appliances you’d ideally like, plus beautiful Italian countryside then really you will struggle to find anything better. We are convinced that people will enjoy their stay & become great references.
